Welcome to DA's Guilds !!
From the name it does seem really similar to clans, so what are the differences ?!
Clan is a group of duelists who decided to be in one team of 5-10 people leaded by one of them whose main purpose is to dominate other clans in a FE/EX format war-alike..Inspite of the idea sounding pretty great and interesting, it failed everywhere it was hosted because of the irresponsibility of their leaders, inactivity..etc (Battle City,DA and other academies which i wouldn't like to count them)
Guild system was applied in DA long time ago that many of you won't know anything about it, yet it got modified than how it used to run.
So Guilds are clan-alike, each is leaded by an administrator of the DA (to have more control over guilds) which can accept an unlimited amount of users as long as they match the qualifications decided by each guild leader which has exactly the same purpose ; reaching for the stars.
So How do I join a guild, Am I allowed to leave it to join another one ?!
Joining a guild is such a piece of cake, Just apply at the registration thread of each guild following each guild's registration form after making sure that you match the guild's requirements.
Or if your achievements/skills are unknown you may have a test duel with either the guild leader/vice leader.
You're free to choose which guild to join, nobody would force you.so it's expected from you to be loyal to the guild belong to.Yet, you're allowed to change your guild ONLY TWICE.
Ok after joining a guild, What're the ways to represent the guild I'm in ?!
Two ways which simply are ;First : having a userbar of that guild in your signature which will be at your guild's description.
Second : Having the name of the guild in your profile which will be edited by the leader/vice leader of your guild.
How can i participate in making my guild at the top ?
Through three ways :
1- Dueling other members of other guilds in "Guild Battles" forum to get reputation points for your guild as your guild is rewarded 1 rep point for each duel you win, Don't freak out..as it doesn't lose any points for your loss.
Your guild leader may award you with free DPs/Titles/Reputations if you proved yourself helpful.
2- Participating in Guild wars ; There's a fixed schedule of guild wars. If you proved yourself enough participating in the high ranking of your guild, you might get chosen to be part of the team having a war against other teams of other guilds.
Winning in a war gives your guild 20 reputation points yet losing costs your guild 5 rep points.
3- Winning a Tourney (Excluding Students' tourneys) will give your guild 5 rep points
What do i gain from making my guild the best ?!
Despite the reputation you get for being part of the best guild -especially if you participated in making it the best guild-, you still get rewards from me at the start of each month (the best guild will receive 2000 DP for each member)
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to post below and i'll add them here, thanks for reading.
