Well can i use more then one scrapstorm on the same scrap monster?

becaus the cost is to target a monster
then i send a card from my deck to grave
then i draw
then the monster is destroyd

so if i activate 2 at a time what would happen?
would it not work at all?
or would it go like:
select 1 mon
send 2 cards
draw 2
send the mon to grave?

just a question i couldnt figure it out...

ruling:

"Even if the targeted monster is no longer face-up on the field when Scrapstorm resolves, you still send a “Scrap” monster to the Graveyard and draw a card."

That pretty much answers your question straight up. Chain would be:

Scrapstorm #1 activated and monster targeted.
Scrapstorm #2 activated and same monster targeted.
Scrapstorm #2 resolves, monster sent from deck to grave, card drawn, then targeted monster destroyed.
Scrapstorm #1 resolves, monster sent from deck to grave, card drawn.

None of these effects are simultaneous. You send 1 “Scrap” monster to the Graveyard, then, if you did, you draw a card. Afterwards, you destroy the selected monster.^[1].

no cost here;
send 1 scrap monster to the graveyard is a resolving condition(similar to pot of avarice returning 5 card from grave to deck), if you don't do this which is really unlikely, the rest of effect will not happen.
