Welcome EJ to Tier Per Tier Tournament
General Rules

1- All duels will be Match duels
2- No deck changes between match rounds, but Side decking is allowed
3- KCVDS Ban List
4- No anime cards
5- If there's a problem during the duel take screens and contact me if needed.
6- If your opponent is inactive, PM him, if he doesn't answer PM me OR you'll be Disqualified!
7- You need a confirmation from your opponent or a screen to prove your win.
8- Each round, you'll using a deck from different tier.
9- Not knowing rules isn't a cause to break them. So READ RULES CAREFULLY!
10- Updates may come later

Round 1 : Tier 1
In this round we will be using Tier 1 decks. You SHOULD use one of the following decks:
you must have what lies between the 2 brackets to match with the condition of the deck and become able to use it in this round.
1- Blackwings (Atleast 16 Blackwing monsters at your main deck,2 Icarus Attacks and 1 Whirlwind)
2- X-Sabers (Atleast 17 X-Saber monsters at your main deck, 2 Gottoms Emergency call, 2 Trap Stun and 1 Cold Wave)
3- Light Beat (Atleast 3 Neos Alius, 3 Gemini Spark, 1 Stratos, 2 Honest)

4-Gladiator Beasts (atleast 9 Gladiator Beasts, 2 Gladiator War chariot)
