Personally, I would just run Quickdraw Turbo. It's not exactly a Yusei deck, but Yusei does use a lot of the cards in that deck type. And it's better than your current deck.

You have a lot of cards that are just plain bad. Scrap-Iron Scarecrow sucks. So do Defense Draw and Speed Warrior. I could go on. Just try something like this out:

It's about as close to a GOOD Yusei deck as you're gonna get.

I just use Rallying Warriors because he uses it in Reverse of Arcadia.

But that deck's probably better.
