It could have at least been an overpowered EFFECT MONSTER. You just put an effect in the description box.

1st of all, that pic it's horrible artwork i've ever seen -.o and also the effects very very overpowered :/.

if you made it higher level and made you have to tribute one Monarch monster then it might not be so over powered

Dude yea right way to over powered and its easily summoned plus the original Mornarch is a noob card anyone that uses it kinda sucks
