LEVEL UP

i know that if i use the spell "level up" on the armed dragons and the silent swordmans, they grow up 2 levels
but if i use the spell "level up" on "silent magician lvl 4" it will grow up to lvl 8? there is no level 6 in the silent magician cards.

It allows you to send a monster with "LV" to grave and SS a monster with the name of the tribute'd monster in its DESCRIPTION.

So yes, obviously, you can.
