If kinka-byo is summoned while stardust is on field and kinka brings majestic dragon from grave. When synchron summoning will mejestic dragon be sent to grave or rfp?

Synchro material is send to the graveyard unless something prevents them from going there (Macro Cosmos, Dimensional Fissure, Banisher, etc.)
