Really not too bad, but it could be better.

You need a third Wyvern and more Blizzard Dragon.

I'd also say get rid of the Armed Dragons, since you're concentrating on REBD.

If you can, run Dark Armed Dragon as well. It's fairly easy to summon if you know how to control the amount of monsters in your Graveyard. Add a third Red-Eyes B. Dragon while you're at it, since that's the key card.

Shrink and Book of Moon should both be @2 or 3. And use Book over Shrink. BoM is probably the most versitile card in the game. It can save you from stuff like Mirror Force, Fissure, Brain Control and so on, stop Synchro Summons, as well as protect you from monster attacks. Set it first, then activate when appropriate.

Neg both Shrink and Double Summon for 2 more Books.

Try Burial from a Different Dimension as well. It can recover cards removed from Dragon's Mirror and the Red-Eyes monsters.

More Stamping Destruction couldn't hurt either. It's situational, but considering the amount of dragons you're running, it's not a bad idea. Backrow removal is always a good thing.

I'd also include Allure of Darkness and Foolish Burial for deck thinning as well.

Oh Shit

That was a little confusing, but I'll edit the first post so you can see what I did with all that.

EDIT: KCVDS won't let me save my decks or set them as default. WHHYY!?
EDIT AGAIN: Forget that last part.
