Finally guessed it right. The only Attribute that is more advanced than the other ones is Divine.

The first part explains it's Summon, everything turns dark, big clouds cover the sky and thre is some lightning too, than a big light hits the ground and from it rises Obelisk The Tormentor. The final Park explains his attack in the original japan version - God Hand Crusher, in the english versions it's Fist of Fate and Fist of Fury.
