Okay, I Attack A Face-down Dandylion, My Opponent Activates It's Effect And I Chain D.D. Crow, Will the effect fizzle?

Nope dandylion's effect would still activate..then Dandy goes to rfg.

You can't even activate Crow in the damage step..
