If this face-up card on the field is destroyed by a card effect: You can add 1 “F.A.” card from your Deck to your hand, except “F.A. Circuit Grand Prix”. You can only use this effect of “F.A. Circuit Grand Prix” once per turn.

During your Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the GY: You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 “F.A.” monster you control, increase its Level by 2 until the end of this turn. You can only use each effect of of “F.A. Downforce” once per turn.
Note: By Using Marshalling Field on the Battle Phase, when them gain 2 Levels by the Field, or after they reach Level 5 you can directly boost them to Level 9 with "Marshmalling Field."
