This is an event that I've always liked, and in hopes to bring warring scene in DA. I take no credit for this idea, it goes to an old member named Dante. Anyways on to the event. This even is like a basketball game in your back yard. Rules are simple. There will be 2 team captains and they will duel. The winner of the duel will get the first pick and the loser will get the 2nd. Now, you get to choose the duelists you want from the ones that sign up for the event. It has to be even teams. Here is an example. If me and Crimson were captains and we dueled and I lost, he would get the first pick. He picks anzo for example first. Then It's my pick and I would get my pick. That is how it will go until every team has even amount of duelists. Then there will be a war between those and the winning team will get paid DP. Remember, this event will happen a lot.
For this event I will be one of the team leaders. The other team leader will be @Powernova and we will duel to see who gets pick first, of course, that is after sign ups are finished. The goal is to get an even # of duelists in this event.

Team War Rules
- War Format will be Double Hearts (explanation below)
- Format will be TCG+OCG(Current List TCG, no banned decks)
- Disconnection results in a game loss. In the event that a D/C occurs and you held advantage and could win within 1-3 turns, proof must be provided/confirmation from opponent must be provided for this to be overruled.
- Any and all disputes will be handled via DM in Discord/DA. Screenshots of both players siding screens MUST be provided for your case to be ruled. Screenshots of the situation is recommended. The match in question must be put on halt, and depending on the format agreed upon NEITHER player is to continue warring until dispute is resolved.
Substitutions
1.
A team can substitute up to two times without approval from the opposing leader. After that any substitutions have to be approved or denied by the opposing leader.
Cheating
1.
Any player caught using illegal cards or cheating of any sort will be given a match loss and receive appropriate punishment for their actions. This is at the discretion of the leaders and Staff.
Note: Replays and Screenshots should be saved to in order settle all war disputes. If a dispute occurs and replays are not provided, then it is likely the dispute will not be ruled in your advantage.
It will all be categorized under: Cheating, which is defined below.

Explanation of War Format
1. Double Hearts Format:
This is a Free-For-All Elimination-type war format where each player has 2 Lives. The war continues until a team has no more available players to war. Switching decks is allowed
Prizes:
Each player in the winner side will be awarded 400 DP. (This is a fun event, so no major prizes for this one. We are hoping this event kicks off some activity in the warring scene.) Also, if you perform well, this is a possible chance to be in DA's war team, to duel other forums or discords. This event will give us a general idea to who will represent us well.
