Am I just a scrub or is it possible to actually beat The Vagabond?

If he doesn't straight up rape me from the beginning he starts to top deck like a pro and makes a huge comeback.

I'll give you the simple version; Yes, it's very possible.

The Vagabond picks decks from player duels pseudo randomly so sometimes (especially at the start) it seems impossible to win.

Because when you're just starting out, even him picking the subpar decks people use can be impossible to beat in early stages. As you progress it gets easier, trust me.

Edit : That said he is a cheating bastard so don't feel too bad when shit hits the fan.. He still gets me sometimes.

Well earlier for example I was playing him (Sent by you so thank you! ) And I was doing really well and was like yeah I actually going to beat that smug b*d then within 3 turns he fucked me!

But good to hear it is possible to beat him.

Well I finally beat that scrub

It is very possible to beat him, just like DDS said; it will get easier when you gain more cards through leveling up characters and winning SR/UR's from Ld's.

Also try to max out at events in which you can earn gems, and use them wisely in the shop ( the better boxes ).

I have now been playing for like 3 months now and only thing I really miss sometimes are E-Con's seeing I can't seem to get the drops from Kaiba eventhough I get assesments off 7k or higher on a consistent bases...
