Is the paying of LP a cost

I mean If my opp. activates it and pays 3000 LP and i negate it with Dark Bribe or Solemn Judgement should he still pay or not?

LP is the cost. The activation does not take place if cost is not payed. Dark Bribe negates activation( activation happens after cost if any ) so cost is not negated activation is. Thus, you do lose life points.

that's why it'd be negated by the activation of card's effect
It negates your opponent s/t then he draws 1 card...Since s/t wasn't negated then he won't draw unlike solemn which makes you pay first then activate the effect

For Dark Bribe Drawing a card is not a cost

Ok Wall of Revealing Light you have to pay which counts as a cost and if you activate Dark Bribe it negates it and drawing a card is not a cost.

Drawin in dark bribe is a secondary effect which takes place AFTER the S/T is negated.
