New and confused

Hello, i joined DA and i have to ask some questions, is there a ban list somewhere, how do you make a deck and how do you duel.

I'm not the best duelist, my main deck is a modified Rise of the true dragons deck, but i have improved in my opinion, and i hope to meet new friends, thank you.

Well we use ygopro to duel. You don't actually duel on this site, you meet people to duel and such. Download ygopro percy if you haven't because that is our main dueling platform. Also please read this guide http://www.duelacademy.net/h9-da-guide
