Either Contrast/Saturation is messed up...
lightnin is good colors and great...GJ/KIU,wasn't this one topazzed ?! if so then abit over topazzed.

but no there seem to be topaz everywhere else it's contrast/saturation

It's the contrast. I did that on purpose to blend in the darker colors. Exposure adjustment layer with Offset turned up and Gamma Correction slightly up as well. Did it a couple times along with some Gradient Maps set on Lighter Color. Makes it look better than if I were to leave the contrast alone.

it's over sharpened i guess o.o. Also many dodge as well, but the rest is ok x]. GJ^^.
