Well edited the deck and the name. I dunno whats up with the picture but try opening it in other browser.The point of this deck? Be more original.

Side Pollinosis
+ Bottomless Trap Hole/Trap Hole/Dimensional Prison/Phoenix Wing Wind Blast/Raigeki Break it's your choice.

How is it doing so far, in my openion it's unstable because of the way too meany thing going on in it.

sry but I won't fix this deck... at least if you don't try to explain what's the point f this deck? what's the relation between cyber decks, plants and ancient gears? for gears I would understand it a little if there was a black garden... but cybers?? sorry but this deck is a total fail D:

If you're talking about Magical Hats then I disagree. Not a must in decks that use Gear Town at all.

Deck looks very inconsistant to me. Polinosis with only 5 plants. Honest with 6 Light monsters where 4 of them aren't that usefull. Starblast to summon what? Quilbolt seems misplaced to me, and 3 Ancient Gear Dragon isn't necessary if you aren't running Trade-In.

I would say Magical Hats is a must in Geartown decks . . . OUTSIDE OF KCVDS. There is no way to use Magical Hats properly in KCVDS. It just isn't supported. No way to stop people from cheating and saying "oh the card you attacked is _______ ." If you plan to use this in KCVDS, don't be using Magical Hats because the system simply doesn't support its use.

Other than that, the picture is so small I can barely see half the cards. It definitely looks like you have too many things going in different directions in this deck though. There is no synergy between your Cydrags and Plants and the general rule of thumb is that if something can work better by itself, don't dilute it by adding other strategies because you destroy the consistency of the deck.
