cyber deck

hey guys, not gonna lie i am completely new to this whole site and i have way too many questions for starters how do i duel anyone on this site, how do i get what i need to start dueling people on his site and finally i am trying to build the ultimate competitive cyber deck and i am at a loss can anyone help me?

Well first of all you duel using ygopro or dueling network. Most use ygopro now but hey whatever u like. You meet and challenge people here and then duel on the respective dueling platform. If you still have questions,feel free to ask
