this could be great imo...effects on the back are great but needs something on foreground,needs better blending tones *colors* and work on lightning.fix quality by topaz or just :
1- Apply Image
2- Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur
3- Filter > Other > High pass *i guess*
set on soft light..good job,kiu

maybe if u draken it a bit and bring out the focal and as EJ said better colors would make this look awesome

save as png and it wont be LQ

shhtt..png increases quality a bit...it won't make it like this >_>
