(1) If this card is Synchro Summoned using a “Blackwing” monster as Material, it is treated as a Tuner monster while face-up on the field
(2) This card cannot be destroyed by card effects.
(3) You can target 1 “Blackwing” monster in your Graveyard; this card’s Level becomes the same as the target’s.
(4) If this card was Synchro Summoned using only Synchro Monsters as the Synchro Materials, if this card attacks, during the damage step, this card gains 3000 ATK.

So here we have it, the first "generic" lv 12 synchro.

Well, true ... but seriously, Konami need to just stop with these Blackwing cards ... you know, there's other decks that could use the support *like Aromages*. Like seriously, what is their obsession with Blackwings?

Well it's cu of the show. Anyways I feel like this card had potential, but ended up drinking too much on the way to work and it's now a sloppy card. I don't like the fact that the ability to change his level is only ONCE PER DUEL!! That and the fact that it is a level 12 tuner monster. lmao

^ it's tuner only if summoned using Blackwings, and it's that the reason because you can target a Blackwing to change the level.

pretty good tbh, 6k beater and a syncro TUNER, which is the reason for his chaning level ef

yeah but why would u go to a level 12 synchro just to change its level and sync again. Like if ima gonna play a level 12 synchro, I expect a very badass effect like Quasar but just for a little trick as for changing levels puts a bad taste in my mouth. yeah making a 6k beat stick is qucci and all but u can still get over it if people use cards like storming mirror force, stormforth, hand traps like honest, etc. it saids cannot be destroyed by card effects when i expect it to say, "it's unaffected by card effects." Idk it's probable just me, but I believe this is the weakest level 12 synchro monster we got in my opinion. i really want blackwings to be good, but they dont need this card at all.
