Pendulum Neos

--Performapal Skullcrobat Joker searches out all your pendulums (except Odd-Eyes)
--Odd-Eyes is rather slow, and is only good in a deck purely dedicated to it. Replacing it with Joker speeds things up a little.
--Pendulum Call searches out all your pendulums (except Odd-Eyes), and gives them blanket protection until the end of your opponent's turn.

--Glow Moss is the worst of all the Neo-Spacians. It's best to leave him out. Dolphin is also pretty bad, but the fusion is decent enough to merit running a single Dolphin.
--Dark Panther actually has some girth to run at more than 1. If you target Ignister Prominence, and thus copy it's effect, you can do some serious damage--considering that Iggy targets any Pendulum monster on the field to be destroyed, to spin a card on the field to the deck.
--Covert Contact is generally better than Space Gift for draw power, considering it thins the deck out by 3 cards, as well as easily set up the grave for Miracle Contact.
--Ironically, for Neos Decks, E-HERO Blazeman is arguably better than E-Hero Neos Alius. Blazeman can dump out Neos, then copy its ATK/DEF/Attribute. Unfortunately it doesn't copy the name, like Prisma does, but it still dumps out Neos into the grave (which is where he belongs anyway).

--Summoner Monk will do you wonders in this deck, considering you do run a lot of spells. You can Special Summon Prisma or Blazeman from your deck, so that you can mill out Neos. And then you have immediate access to a Rank 4 monster.
--Emeral is mandatory in Neos Decks. It's a Rank 4 that lets you recycle 3 monsters in the grave (for a draw), or it lets you Special Summon 1 Normal Monster from your grave.
First turn Monk -> Prisma -> Neos -> Emeral -> Neos 
Often enough to pressure your opponent into doing something extra to get rid of both.

At this point, I think it looks pretty good. It might be good to get rid of some cards because it's at 46, but the general build looks pretty nice. If anyone has more thoughts, please let me know, because this deck could be really fun and possibly competitive I'm sure.
