At first you think it's decent, then you remember Wavering Eyes is a card and it instantly becomes AMAZING. [Anime] Amazing Pendulum 1554389127

This + wavering eyes = <3

But yeah its a great card even without wavering, Qli's would of loved this in the Aug format.
