Cannot attack the turn it is Summoned. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 Toon monster from your hand, except "Red-Eyes Toon Dragon", ignoring its Summoning conditions.

It is pretty solid

It's effect is really nice, but I hate how it's level 7, so it takes 2 tributes to summon, that alone will be the reason for it not seeing any play in the deck, just to slow. But at least it's artwork is adorable. And I wonder when we're getting Toon Dark Magician, it's gotta happen sooner or later.

Like botto said the lvl is the only let down (unless pendulums) there seems to be alot of new rooms coming recently.

Pssssh, I hope they never make a toon dark magician.
This red eyes is cool tho. I'm sure there could be some other toon card added to make it good.

The Class D Toon, like this can be Special Summoned with any method, so being LV7 is not a problem.

It's a Dark Dragon Level 7 Monster = Like 23+ Cards to Special Summon it.

Guys, I made a toon build using this guy has the main and using red stone of legend. Toon became way more powerfull with this card!
