Welcome everyone! To The Highlander Tournament hosted by your one and only JC Senpai~! Razz

In this Tournament we will find out how good we are in "deck-building". There will be a lot of fun as well as weirdness, NOW THEN:

General Rules:

- The Duels will be Match Duels
- You may use whatever dueling system you want as long as you get the duel done.
- TCG and OCG  Cards Allowed. TCG November 2015 Banlist will be used.
- Play fair and respect your opponents, if there is a problem during the duel, talk with your opponent and try to come to an agreement, if that is not possible, then both players will PM me with an explanation and screenshots.
- You can only use 1 deck throughout the whole tournament.
- Deadline for each round is 1 week.

All cards in your Main Deck & Extra Deck can only contain a maximum of 1 copy, which means all cards will have DIFFERENT CARD NAMES.

(Note: Current November 2015 Banned cards stay BANNED, so you can't use them.)

You can't build a Burn, Exodia, Life Equalizer Or Win Condition Deck.

3rd Place: 1500 DP

After complainings in chat that this was in fact NOT an Highlander Tournament and talking with @roach , I edited the Rules. So now is what the 100% of people understand as Highlander. Read carefully the new rules.

I think I see what the fuss is about.. Given the rule adjustments and such.

This changes everything, quite literally.

^ that's what the world understand as Highlander, and why people said in chat this was not since banning fusion and ritual was non sense. The point is that the Highlander is a very popular alternative format so everybody knows the rules .-.
