Playing Style
The playing style of this deck is to get out either "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" or "Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon", the two signature Galaxy-Eyes dragons suggested in the original Yu-Gi-Oh Zexal, as fast as possible. Preferable the latter. Since this deck is focus on getting out level 8 monsters and the two Galaxy-Eyes, the play style of this deck is usually aiming for high ATK firepower for a possibly OTK (One Turn Kill). End your opponent's life before the chance slips away. For that reason, this deck has a lot of revival cards to bring back Galaxy-Eyes.

One of the key cards in this deck is "Galaxy-Eyes Full Armor Photon Dragon". This card has a special summoning condition where it can use a "Galaxy-Eyes" XYZ monster (including its XYZ materials) as its XYZ Material to XYZ summon this card. Which makes "Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" the first priority to place in the graveyard and to special summon it back to your side of the field with cards such as "Galaxy Zero" and "Call of the Haunted", then use it as a material for another "Galaxy-Eyes Full Armor Photon Dragon". While having "Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" on your field, you can also use the powerful counter trap "Tachyon Transmigration", which is same as "Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon"'s effect name, to block your opponent's movements when they least expect it.

Card Analysis

"Galaxy" Monsters: These monsters are supported by a series of cards, most of them have related effects with "photon" cards.
Galaxy Knight - A level 8 monster that can be normal summoned without tribute while you control a "Photon" or "Galaxy" monster and also brings back a "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon". Basically with this card, you will get 2 Level 8 monsters instantly. It shares the support with "Galaxy" cards. Considering its effect, mostly it will be out with "Photon Thrasher" or "Galaxy Soldier".
Galaxy Soldier - Can be special summoned from the hand by sending a LIGHT monster from the hand to the graveyard. Also has an effect of searching for a "Galaxy" monster from the deck when special summoned. The usual move is to send "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" to special summon this card from the hand then search for "Galaxy Knight" in order to normal summon it then use its effect to revive the Galaxy-Eyes that just sent by this card's summoning cost. This is also the only level 5 monster in this deck.
Galaxy Wizard - Both effects of this card is useful. First effect allow it to change its level to 8, which not only will make it easier to XYZ a rank 8 monster out, and also make the condition of "Galaxy Expedition" meet. Second effect is a ultimate "Galaxy" search card. The fact that it's level 4 making it one of the monsters that can get out by "Accellight" also.
Galaxy-Eyes Cloudragon - It can tribute itself for a free Galaxy-Eyes from hand or the graveyard, the second effect can attach itself from the graveyard to a "Galaxy" XYZ monster as a XYZ material. Both effect is pretty handy, but it does have better replacements in this deck. Therefore, this deck only has one copy of this card.
Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon - One of the signature Galaxy-Eyes monster featured in this archetype, the dragon of light. The whole deck runs around this card, this is one of the cores of this deck. This card falls into both "Photon" and "Galaxy" categories. Therefore, most support cards in this deck works on this card. Itself has an special summoning condition, which is to tribute 2 monster with 2000 ATK or higher. This effect will mostly not be used considering the other convenient ways to get this card out. This card is almost invincible in terms of battling. Not only it can dodge monster effects that activates during attacking or being the XYZ hunter just like the original series, it can also chain itself to attacking-reaction traps in order to escape from them. One noticeable fact of this effect is that, it can only be used once per chain.

Other Monsters: Including the brothers of "Galaxy" monsters, the "Photon" monsters. They are mainly used for support the "Galaxy" monsters.
Photon Crusher - This only serves the purpose for being a warrior type "Photon" level 4 monster. Which is searchable by "Reinforcement of the Army" and can be a XYZ material for "Starliege Lord Galaxion" which has an effect of special summoning a "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" straight from the deck.
Photon Thrasher - An upper replacement for "Photon Crusher". This card basically overrides it in every way. Usage is same but since this is a Special Summoning Condition monster, your can still normal summon after special summoning it. Namely, you can fulfill the summoning of "Galaxy Knight" easily with this card.
Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon - This card can bring back a Galaxy Eyes easily. This card itself can be get out easily also. Main usage of this card is to banish "Number 95: Galaxy-Eyes Dark Matter Dragon" or "Galaxy-Eyes Full Armor Photon Dragon" in order to drop "Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" to the graveyard and bring it back up again for another Full Armor or Number 95. Namely, a field spreader and additional 2800 ATK attacker on the field.

Spell Cards: Including "Galaxy" supporting cards.
Accellight - This card can bring out "Galaxy Wizard" instantly. However, it does have a demerit of being unable to normal summon or set monster during the turn it's activated.
Galaxy Cyclone - This card by itself was orignally a nice S/T remover already. However in here it's even better since it can be searchable by "Galaxy Wizard" as a searchable S/T removal.
Galaxy Expedition - One of the main cards that gets out 2 Level 8 monsters easily. Without this card, this archetype would be a lot weaker. Therefore, it's safe to use 2-3 copies of this card. It's also a card that can instantly get out Galaxy-Eyes from the deck.
Galaxy Zero - Yet another main cards to special summon "Galaxy" monsters. Only from the graveyard this time. One usage of this card is to get 2 level 8 monsters out easier. However, the main usage from this card is another method to drag "Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" out and bring out "Full Armor Photon". That can dodge the demerit of its effect negation also.
Photon Sanctuary - Special summons 2 LIGHT tokens with 2000 ATK in defense position. These tokens are "Photon" monsters also. Therefore, this card can make "Galaxy Knight" to get out easily.
Rank-up-Magic Argent Chaos Force - A rank-up magic that can be recycled when a Rank 5 or higher XYZ monster is special summoned. This can fulfill by "Full Armor Photon" easily. Not only that, this is the only card to get out "Number C107: Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon". This card can stack up quite an amount of XYZ materials for "Cxyz Barian Hope". This card is also the only card that can get out Rank 6 XYZ monsters in this deck.
Reinforcement of the Army - A universal Warrior-type monster searcher. Mainly used to search for "Photon Thrasher".

Trap Cards: Mainly includes "Galaxy-Eyes" XYZ monsters supports. Most of them are simple yet strong effects.
Call of the Haunted - To get out XYZ materials or used as another Galaxy Zero. Shares the same usage as other revival cards.
Tachyon Chaos Hole - Both of this card's activate timing is quite pin-pointing but the effect itself is strong and useful. Also it's second effect can bring back a Galaxy-Eyes XYZ monsters in Draw Phase.
Tachyon Transmigration - A counter trap that shuffles all cards activated before it in a chain into the deck. Which avoids graveyard usage of your opponent also. What's better is that you can activate this card from your hand while you control a "Tachyon" monster, which makes its existence to create pressure to your opponent with just having a "Tachyon" monster on your field.

Side Deck:
Prohibition - A simple card that can stop an opponent's play easily once you know what they are playing.
Imperial Iron Wall - Although this makes "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon" and "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon"'s effect unusable, it can stun some decks that requires banishing badly.
Mind Crush - A free-chainable card that can strikes your opponent's plays badly depends on the situation.
Mistake - With all the decks that have a lot of search cards nowdays, this can work as a good stun card for them.
Mystical Space Typhoon - The universal S/T Removal card, only replaced by "Galaxy Cyclone" because that is searchable.
Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror - Only used for the purpose of disturbing DARK monsters.

Extra Deck:
Constellar Pleiades - A rank 5 XYZ monster that has an useful effect of returning one card on the field to the hand during either player's turn. This card's versatility is beyond description, you can reuse your cards or disturb your opponent's movements, for instance.
CXyz Barian Hope - Used for the purpose of ATK boosting. This card with the "Full Armor Stacking Combo" can have up to 7000 ATK at least. If there are times that any Galaxy-Eyes that cannot OTK, this card can fill up the ATK gap needed.
Galaxy-Eyes Full Armor Photon Dragon - One of the key cards in this deck, this card itself can detach one material to destroy one face-up card on the field. It can be special summoned by XYZ summoned using a Galaxy-Eyes XYZ monster, which is mostly likely the only way to summon it in reality. This is also the main reason why we should always detach "Tachyon Dragon" to the graveyard.
Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon - One of the signature Galaxy-Eyes featured in this deck. This card is mainly used as the XYZ material for "Full Armor Photon". Its effect can be handy sometimes though. Also, this card's existence can pressure your opponent with the counter trap that can be activated in hand, "Tachyon Transmigration".
Number 61: Volcasaurus - Another choice for Rank 5 XYZ, this card can inflict fatal damage. Being a heavy deck like this one, this card can very well be in assistance of an one turn kill.
Number 62: Galaxy-Eyes Prime Photon Dragon - The original form of the Galaxy-Eyes. This card has incredible ATK, with its effect of ATK gaining also, this card is a critical OTK piece. And also it can be used as a second "Tachyon Dragon" as a XYZ material for "Full Armor Photon".
Number 95: Galaxy-Eyes Dark Matter Dragon - Another Galaxy-Eyes monster. Although its effect can be very useful in a lot of decks, but in here it doesn't function better than "FA Photon".
Number C107: Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon - The evolved form of "Tachyon". This card can stun multiple cards at once. Also remember the fact that this card is also a "Galaxy-Eyes" monster and "Tachyon" monster. It shares the same usage with "Tachyon".
Number C5: Chaos Chimera Dragon - Rank 6 CNo. monster. Its effect can be strong in occured situations.
Number C73: Abyss Supra Splash - Another rank 6 CNo. monster. Without the second effect, it is still a strong XYZ with "Honest" in it.
Starliege Lord Galaxion - A rank 4 XYZ monster that has an effect of bring out "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" from the deck or the hand. Its effect is useful but the materials are limited to level 4 Photon monsters only. Also it's easy to overlook this but, this card is NOT a "Galaxy" card.

Weakness

All kinds of cards that stops special summon or XYZ summoning can stings this deck really bad. Also, the fact that almost all monsters are LIGHT monsters, anti-LIGHT cards damages that deck quite a lot. Like mentioned before, if you cannot get out either "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" or "Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon", you won't get to start anything, let alone winning. Make sure you can get out your Galaxy-Eyes on your field, then attack at your own will. Ensure your victory with Photon Stream of Destruction or Tachyon Spiral of Extermination!
