[No more USA Noobs] Lose 1 Turn Errata

We all know TCG USA sucks, and TCG Usa is always destinated to follow the OCG Rulings. 

From the Astral Pack 8, Lose 1 Turn Errata:

Activate this card only if you currently control no Special Summoned monsters. While a monster is face-up on the field, negate its effects during the turn that monster was Special Summoned. If an Effect Monster(s) is Special Summoned in Attack Position: Change it to Defense Position.

So yeah Location matters, usa cancer lost its initial starting. @tequila

Since they started this cancer stuff after the Noob Judge forced people to treat this shit not like Skill Drain as it always was on OCG.
