Music...like seriously

So what kinds of music do you guys all like?

Personally I like a LOT of stuff.

Not sure what I am hoping to do with this post but perhaps it will actually end up being a serious musical discussion and an opportunity for some people to constructively share songs instead of the once daily spam page.

And by constructively I mean keep it on the discussion and use the songs as tools not just to spam in a post. Please no song only posts.

Not sure if I am hoping for an actual level of maturity or what here. But anyway...this is off topic.

I only really like EDM. Yes, that means all the sub branches of EDM. Love it all.

I'm planning on going to Berklee music school to follow the career of a EDM Producer or Agent.

But i am always open to listen to other kinds of music. #NoHate

I listen to mainly EDM myself but I branch out into a lot of other genres too. Good luck with making it in the EDM industry. I know being an artist is a lot harder than it seems. I tried it and never was able to actually be any good.

I like trance music and some few songs here and there

I'll listen to a lot of different genres but I'm mostly a fan of alternative rock and stuff like that.

EDM/Trap. The occasional dubstep.

For me, I'm open to all genres. Classical, orchestral, pop, techno, rock, metal, etc. The only thing that makes or breaks a piece of music for me is the tune of it, if I like the tune of it I'll like it no matter the genre.

For vocals, I generally go towards the Japanese area, since I like how the language sounds. Though I do like the occasional song in a different language.

I've been a major fan of Touhou music for a while now and a big part of the reason is, as mentioned above, due to the tune of the compositions.

Of course, there are some Vocaloid songs I like as well as some contemporary pop music (Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Adelitas Way) and so on.
