Or are you asking about online duelling in general?

Anyhow, if you're asking how to duel in general then there is two dueling systems: first one is Dueling Network and the second one is YGOPro - which has many varianets such as DevPro, YGOPro Salvation etc - you pick one or both.

If you're asking how we arrange duels in this academy: you ask others for a duel either in chat or in battle arena challenges forum and if someone accepted your challenge both of you proceed and have a match. After you're done you report the result in the battle arena forum so we update the ladder - can be found on the widget to your right.
