When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Majespecter" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Majespecter Crow" once per turn. Cannot be targeted by, or destroyed by, an opponent's card effects.

This confirm Majespecter they have a similar searchable effect pattern as I said before. They all haven't Pendulum Effect so far and they all CANNOT be destroyed nor targetted by effects. also you search Magispecter Storm to use it in that moment and then Pendulum summon if you can.
