Red-Eyes Tracer Dragon

If a Level [...] or lower "Red-Eyes" monster(s) you control is destroyed by an opponent's attack or card effect and sent to your Graveyard, except "Red-Eyes B. Chick": You can Special Summon this card from your hand in Defense Position, and if you do, you can Special Summon that monster(s) in the same battle position it was in when destroyed. You can Tribute this card; you can Normal Summon 1 "Red-Eyes" monster other than "Red-Eyes B. Chick" during your Main Phase this turn, in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.)

Masked HERO Blast

Must be Special Summoned with "Mask Change" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. If this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; halve its ATK. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can pay [...] LP, then target 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls; return it to the hand.

Divine Spark Dragon Stardust Sifr

1 Tuner Synchro Monster + 2 or more non-Tuner Synchro Monsters

Must be Synchro Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Each turn, the first time each card you control would be destroyed by battle or card effect, it is not destroyed. Once per turn, during either player's turn, when an opponent's monster effect is activated: You can negate the activation, and if you do, destroy 1 card on the field. You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 Level [...] or lower "Stardust" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it.

Pendulum Effect
Once per turn: You can reveal 1 Pendulum Monster from your hand, then target 1 "Magician" card in your Pendulum Zone; its Pendulum Scale becomes the revealed monster's Pendulum Scale, until the end of this turn.

Monster Effect
While this Pendulum Summoned card is on the field, "Magician" Pendulum Monsters you control cannot be destroyed by card effects this turn.
