Pendulum Effect:
(1) You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except “Deskbot” monsters. This effect cannot be negated.

Monster Effect: You can only use the (3) Effect of “Deskbot 005″ once per turn.
(1) If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 Spell/Trap Card on the field; destroy it.
(2) This gains 500 ATK for each face-up “Deskbot” monster in your Extra Deck.
(3) If this card in your Pendulum Zone is destroyed: You can target 1 “Deskbot” monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it.

Deskbots don't need Pendulum. 005 can be summoned by 003 and 004.
Er.. wait. What am I talking about?
Deskbot need Pendulum! Just like Burning Abyss need their Ritual & Fusion. Rolling Eyes

Regarding to Deskbot 001's effect, they could get probably another Pendulum.
But i doubt, there will be a Deskbot 009.

That is because creator of that deck just wants to have fun, or lacks money for a good card to replace it.

In case you guys don't realize just how awesome this card is:

Normal Summon 003, SS 005, pop a backrow. Activate Machine Dupe, ss 2 more 005, pop 2 more backrow. Overlay into Cyber Dragon Nova, then Cyber Dragon Infinty. Now you have a field of 003, which can boost its atk to 2500, Infinity, and 005 after popping 3 backrow.

Edit: Also gives Naturia Barkion access, and another way to go rank 5 is: 004>atk>send 005 or 001>use eff, SS 005 and 001 from grave/hand, MP2, synchro for Catastor with 004 and 001, overlay Catastor and 005 for a r5 (obv Nova then Infinity)
