So this came up on my FB and its been causing quite a commotion so I thought I would post it up here for everyone to see and comment on.

A player has a completely irrelevant card in his extra deck(in regard to the deck he is playing) and leaves his extra deck face-up so that the first card can be seen . This is intentional in order to confuse the opponent into thinking he is playing a specific deck (eg a herald of arc light in a ritual beast deck).
This is an attempt to gain an unfair advantage and punishable by a disqualification , would you agree ?

Yes, I believe it's a pretty dirty tactic people for people to stoop to.. and if they feel like they need to do something like that to win they probably don't deserve it imo.

People on my locals do that all the time not to confuse opponents but just because they dont want to pick up the extra deck and then search for a monster. Lazy bastordz.

If they do, yes it is dirty, but hell they lose an extra deck card.

Exactly my opinion.  It can mess with the opponent, but you lose an Extra Deck space you could use for an actually usable card.  Although it is interesting as it may actually possibly be a problem with Nekroz where you can run a high-level Shadoll to dump for Kaleido.
At least, it shouldn't be disqualification, as it's the opponent's fault for making assumptions over a single card.

Is Revealing A Extra Deck Card Cheating? ZsrbI3k

2. You see 1 card. So if you are so stupid to think I run Evilswarms since you saw Exciton knight you are too stupid to play this game.

3 . ^
