So this is for Slifer dorm only? Will he just be facing other Slifers? Or will it be against other dorms?

Well sadly I dont think you participate in enough tournies to understand the basic rulings of them, so sad.

kandy you must be confused as usual, they always add stuff like that into the rules for the tournament
