(1) Apply of the these effects based on whose turn it is.
-Your turn: Target 1 “Raidraptor” Xyz Monster you control; Xyz Summon 1 “Raidraptor” monster from your Extra Deck that is 1 Rank higher than that target by using it as the Xyz Material (Xyz Material attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster).
-Your opponent’s turn: Target 1 Xyz Monster with no Xyz Materials your opponent controls; take control of that monster, then Xyz Summon 1 “Raidraptor” monster from your Extra Deck that is 1 Rank higher than that target by using it as the Xyz Material (Xyz Material attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster).
