Libery At Last!

When a monster you control is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: Target 2 face-up monsters on the field; shuffle those targets into the Deck.

Back to deck is extremely useful atm with everything being extremely resilient, so what's your take on this, is it worth main/extradeck space. Where would it work best etc

im so conflicted about this, i mean its a great idea, and the card sounds pretty good. But i feel they hardly put any effort into it.
