Must be Special Summoned by “Mask Change”, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can only use the (2) effect of “Masked HERO Anki” once per turn. (1) This card can attack your opponent directly, if it does, halve the battle damage your opponent would take. (2) When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: You can add 1 “Change” Quick-Play Spell Card from your Deck to your hand.

More effects that are able to add the 'change' cards is nice, especially considering you can just use that change spell and do a follow up attack with another Masked HERO.

Hope this thing has decent attack to backup that ability! ^^

Guess the first effect isn't going to be used much, considering most people will just get a "Change" card. At least that's what I would assume. Though the first effect does provide an easy way to finish opponents at low LP I guess.

The option of that having first effect is nice though, albeit it's a tad situational. ^^

I thought it just was slightly disappointing he didn't have two effects that work together. Then again, that may be a bit too strong. (Because of the high ATK.)
