(2) Once per turn, during either player’s turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 Rank 4 or lower Xyz Monster you control; that monster’s current ATK becomes double its original ATK until the end of the turn.

Eh its alright... decent effects around but im not too impressed with it.

It's a fish and a cat? Does it eat itself?
