Yeah, Declare a Card Name, Check the Hand: iF the card is there, gain the control of a card on your opp's Side of the Field.

It doesnt say you place the declared card from opponents hand to your side. You just gain the control of a card that is on your opponents side of the field.

Missread it, You're right.

This shit works in in side deck like magic.

One day Konami will print it!
