EUW servers are in Amsterdam, EUNE in Frankfurt. The difference is a few short hops, I get 30-33 ping on EUW and 29 on EUNE.

The server is known for crashing though, which happens once in a decade on eune.

NA Superiority

NA FPS issues is overwhelming..

Lately it lags on all servers and FPS drops like mad, Riot might have fucked up the configurations.

ya didn't they just recently do a server 'upgrade'?

I might write to their support to see wtf is going on cuz it is quite the issue. Gameplay becomes quite literally impossible at times.
