A Bolt from out of the Blue
If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters: You can Special Summon 1 Level 10 or lower monster from your hand that cannot be Normal Summoned, ignoring the Summoning conditions. It is unaffected by other card effects, but shuffle it into the Deck during your opponent's next End Phase, also this turn, you cannot Normal or Special Summon monsters and your opponent takes no further damage.
