Rules update!
During the nomination I noticed how you guys didn't like the fact that turtle had to loose his title because he became an Administrator. So I've decided to change the rules and remove the ancient rule disabling Administrators and Moderators being nominated. Which means turtle keeps his title, that is till someone takes it from him!

(Lets admit it, that means he will have it forever )
