Hm, I like the sort of effects around her shoulders and her face; however, as we move away from that point it feels messy, more like if you just threw stuff together just to fill the empty parts of the sig. Also i feel a blue theme would be more suitable that a purple/violet theme, her eyes and hair sort of have nice colors but the rest of the sig doesn't match.
