How to train my dog to pee inside?

My place is having a storm currently and I really don't know how to train my dog. He was trained to pee outside. Like, he'll never pee until he can go outside but the storm will last at least 3 days.

Any ideas?

I think I can do that with my cigarettes.

I've never had a pet in my life so i got no idea how to train dogs. Maybe hold him out the window until he pees then bring him back inside.

That's nice Andorra. However, the rain stopped for a while so it's all okay now. He only missed 1 walk yesterday.
