Absolute frogs.

-1 Swap Frog
-1 Unifrog

You don't need 3 of either of those.

-1 Treeborn Frog (1 is all you'll ever need. You can only summon 1 each standby phase anyway, and Substitoad will make sure you have it in your grave.)
-1 Fear Monger (only 1 D Draw so 4 D Heroes is more than enough and I just hate this card. I have never found it useful.)
-1 Des Croaking (I know this is why you're running Diamond Dude, but just use 1. No need for creating extra dead draws.)

-1 Giant Trunade
-1 Cold Wave

You have Unifrog, MST, and Heavy Storm which should be plenty.

-7 / +7 = 40 cards

+2 Prime Material Dragon (improves the Dupe lock tremendously)
+2 Soul Exchange (immediate Dupe lock with Substitoad, or can be used to summon PMD once you already have the Dupe lock.)
+1 Scapegoat (mass summonings with Substitoad or Synchro fodder)
+2 Junk Synchron / Debris Dragon (your choice, both kick ass here.)

Oh, and you missed an important card for Froggies - Pot of Avarice. Ditch Trap Dustshoot and Mirror Force for them. Substitoad + 1 monster means you have enough to use PoA for an easy +1.

The only other thing I think you should consider is dropping the Allure (only a handful of Darkies anyway) in exchange for a My Body as a Shield, again to help improve the Dupe lock. Just know that Froggies are all about setting up and protecting the Dupe lock, while hitting your opponent. Another card to take into consideration is Flip Flop Frog, who is an excellent card. I'm just not certain what to take out for him. Perhaps RotA and a copy of Diamond Dude...

i got Junk synchron in the side, so i'll let it in again. Anyway are you sure of 4 d heroes? i run Zeros and 2 miracle fusions so i kinda need 5 heroes maybe wildheart over monger? monger do helps though but 5 heroes tested well, not to mention that in some duels i don't ss any zero.

so for now i will side Cold wave, swap frog, unifrog, giant trunade, and a treeborn for 2 Prime, 2 Soul exchange, 1 scapegoat. (imma keep Des Croaking, i really loved it. However, i might side since the frogz decreased)

and i will side the allure & CoTH for 2 Junk synchs. CotH is good but i didn't like it here.

Since you have like 15 frogs, why not Moray of Greed? Also, i don't think you need Allure of Darkness here, D-D is enough for 4 D-Heros. I suggest :
-1 Giant Trunade
-1 Allure of Darkness
+2 Moray of Greed
+ Neko's fixes of course. xP

Well i can't find space for Morray of greed, also its not so needed. Besides, i already took out allure and giant trunade for 1 junk synchron & 1 scapegoat. Thanks for your comment though, will put in considerations.
