It's called the Ninja RPG. It's heavily based on Naruto. Meaning there are jutsu, villages, kages and so on.
What's great about it is the variety of things you can do in it. Considering it is a text based game.
You can train in various ninja ways. Upgrade your basic stats. Battle AIs. Battle other players. Gain ranks like Genin and Chunnin. Travel to places and so on.
