I made this for the DC Universe SOTW but I didn't want to use this one

Like, don't just throw everything you have in that small space. Before you do anything try to imagine how you want the tag to looks like.

What he said is that you tried to hard and made the Tag messy.Try to use as less elements as possible and experiment with PS/Gimp filters/effects.
You should read some tutorials for depth,as that's one of your main problems as far as I can tell .

Let me re-phrase myself, Photo Shop Filters/Effects.
