If we want to chat we use the chat box. The forum pages themselves are meant to stay on a specific topic or related topics. Hope that helps.

yea that helps but why u dont use programs like Garena , i think it gonna be easier ?

We have Chatbox which can be found on the bottom right of our forum. There is no need to use third-party programs like Garena (whatever that is) or Skype. Chatbox is simple and easy to access.

I mean here in the academy do u ban some decks and cards that seems OP ? , or u go with konami ? (just for applying for a test )

We stick with Konami. For the test the deck can be TCG/OCG I believe so basically you can use anything if it's legal on the TCG list as that's what we follow. Specific tournaments may have different rules and lists but if they do it will be clearly stated in the topic.
