Savage Colosseum and Chacu

So, if I have Savage Colosseum in play, and Chacu Challhua in defense position, does the field spell destroy any of my opponent's attack position monsters?

Yes it will, unless they attack a different monster.

Nope.

You're thinking general earthbound immortals.

Chacu Challhua stops the opponent conducting the battle phase when it's in defense position. They won't be able to attack anything, so no attacking different monsters.

That's nice to know, the only problem now is finding a consistent way to get Chacu out in the first place.

Consistant, lol there is no consistant way, Zombies are a decent way but immortals will always be inconsistant. Odd ruling there though, screwed that up a lot.

You don't need immortals with this. I put together a deck that uses savage and it's hilarious. You can run cards like threatening roar to stop them attacking, as well as trying to summon red dragon archfiend to screw over defense position and punish people for attempting to avoid dying to colosseum and leave no real options for battle positions. That trap that switches battle positions of all face up monsters on the field is nice as well. You can get a really nice field control deck going if you also use kaiser Colosseum.

Yeah, immortals are awful, but they're fun and I think that they're pretty cool, anyways. No one is stopping you if you want to post a savage col. deck list though ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
