My BW's Deck ( help me :joker: )

Well, this is my blackwing deck.
I win very little times and I don't like that.
So I ask the persons who have more experience to give me some advices ( cards to add and to delete ...) and thanks

-1 Mind Control (not enough tuners to use this properly)
-1 Icarus Attack (3 is too much. you'll have dead draws)

+1 My Body as a Shield
+1 Dark Grepher (quickly can toss Sirocco + Vayu to grave)
+1 Lightning Vortex

Other than those minor fixes your main deck looks fine. You're probably playing it wrong if you keep losing. Focus on not playing out all your cards in a single turn unless you know you'll have enough ATK for the win and your opponent has no face-downs. The really big concern is that I hope those aren't all the cards in your extra deck. You should ALWAYS fill up your extra deck to a full 15 cards. If that's really all you have in the extra deck then the reason you keep losing is due to lack of versatility in your synchro monsters.
