I say it needs a "Light Source".
You do that by using the "Soft Brush Tool"
Size 23-26 for your siggy I guess,place it in layer above and make it 20-25 transparent.
Besides that it's all cool :D.
Edit: You could use a texture or two on the fonts.

or any picture.Then go blending options (You click on the layer ofc) make it transparent and set "Preserve Color" or something like that in that.
Use Selection tool to circle everything around the Text,remove the rest of the texture layer,and there you have it,text with an texture :D.

I used a wire design then removed the white by changing the color to alpha then used the colorize to change it to the color I wanted.

I used google to get most of my wire designs, design renders,character renders, ect.

it looks a bit oversharpened or over burned and it's too dark, needs more color via gradient maps

The reason why it was so yellow is because I was testing something that I did with another picture, but it didn't work as well with this one

I color balanced out the primary color in the design.

Try to use more Adjustments Settings, mess around and see what result you can get with them.
